For all those that feel the call of the wild and want to discover the sources of the world great rivers, but cannot be bothered with all the palaver of going to the effort of getting jabs and so on, then this is the book for you.Clayton walks or cycles to the major rivers over the UK mainland. The book is split in to geographical areas, and each river is described in some detail, with the walk and the history of the area and the river described. He doesn't walk the entire river in most cases, one he does is the river Jordan in Weymouth.Good book, may try and head to the source of my local river.
